Kerry and her family team are amazing! Kerry’s home is a home away from home which provides amazing fun activities for the children to learn and thrive.
My son was 16 months old when he started and settled in really quickly, which I put down to the caring and nurturing nature of Kerry and her family.
Kerry makes lovely fresh meals everyday and I receive regular updates throughout the day of pictures and videos of fun activities my son is taking part in. From baking, to dinosaurs exploring volcanoes, and painting with flowers, they are really imaginative with everything they do!
As a family we are delighted to have found Kerry and her wonderful setting.

Kerry was the first childcare provider to my son and… we couldn’t have a better choice!
He loved her from the first day. She is the most caring, flexible, helpful, creative and patient person I ever met. Every single day she was welcoming us with smile and open arms.
Every day she sent me a lots of pictures during creative and interesting works with kids!
If I could give here more then 5 stars I would!
All meals which they are preparing for kids are healthy and various.
I hope we will come back soon 🤞🏽

My little boy has been with Kerry and sunny side for over a year and a half now, and I wouldn’t trust to take him anywhere else up until school. Kerry updates me with multiple photos, if he has slept and what he’s eaten during the day . The setting is child friendly and nursery like. He loves the food they make there and always asks for seconds. He learns so much and has gained so much patience from being in the setting. His social skills are absolutely brilliant now compared to when he started. My little boy loves nanny k like family and A childminder that became a forever friend for me, I wouldn’t recommend anyone more than kerry and sunny side childcare.

Our now 15 month old was with Kerry and sunnyside childcare for 5 months, and things were lovely to start out with, our daughter really enjoyed the setting and got in great with Kerry and Nanny K and we really liked them too. But the last month or so things started to change and become unpredictable with a whole new closing time given to us which started on that same day.
We gave our notice date of 6 weeks time for her to find someone new, and things just went quickly downhill from there. We were asked to leave in two weeks, at the end of July so she can fill our child’s spot, leaving us with no childcare for 4 weeks. We tried to explain how unfair this is and how difficult it is to find a new childminder at such short notice but the next day we were told that we were out, and not to come back.
This was extremely upsetting and caused myself and my husband a very stressful weekend, trying to find our daughter urgent childcare. We are truely gutted that such a lovely environment for our daughter ended in this manner.

Thank you for the review I will make sure I try to cover all of said above.
We are so sorry that we had to give you notice, it wasn’t something we did easily but with the sudden leave of my sister/assistant I had to make a few decisions about ratios.
I did offer you the 4 weeks notice from our contract, you said that wasn’t good enough. I also never and would never word it “do not come back” it was a very apologetic text.
I see you gave us 2 star for communication. I just went through our messages of Olivia’s updates last week, her 3 days Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday you was updated with 49 photos and messages from me. 49! That’s just one week. This was done to you every day without fail. I doubt you will find anyone with better communication than 49 updates in 3 days just alone. Let alone 5 months. That is why people love us as we constantly update on your child's day activities, water intake, nappy changes and food intake, sleeps.
You gave food a 3 star, we have two hot home cooked dinners per day followed by healthy snacks fruit yogurts etc. If our food is a 3 star can I please ask why you didn’t provide your daughter with a packed lunch. 9-10 hours is a long day and if you wasn’t happy with food we advise you provide with what’s best with you. You never once mentioned the food to us.
Olivia was a very pleasant child to care for and really loved our setting and certainly made loads of friends. Built great relationships with everyone. I’m sure she will miss the setting a lot
Again apologies for the short notice to end your contract, it’s something we’ve never ever done before and we really are sorry you wanted to stay with us til September.

Kerry and her team are incredible. Knowing my son and daughter are so well looked-after there is a great feeling. I trust them completely. They provide a fun, educational setting where the children feel part of a family. I feel lucky to have found somewhere so special.
My son was born during lockdown and was scared of everybody and everything. But he has settled in there so well. Kerry spent one-on-one time with him constantly and went out of her way to make him feel comfortable and secure. Now he is a happy, smiley little boy.
At Kerry’s, the children are all appreciated as individuals with their little quirks and personalities. As well as being constantly stimulated and educated, they are loved, and that’s something I don’t believe you can find just anywhere. An outstanding setting with outstanding people who go the extra mile.

Kerry and her team are wonderful, my son is 24 months and has been there for 4 months now and he has settled in very well. I get updates throughout the day on what my little man is doing. It makes my day at work even better knowing my baby boy is having a wonderful time with Kerry and the others he comes out happy as ever with makes it even more better. I know for sure My son wont be leaving until he starts primary. It’s like his second home with is lovely.
Kerry is very very flexible with the days and hours and is a god send. I would recommend her 100%. Your child would be happy as ever in her care :)

My daughter really loves Kerry’s setting. She adores Kerry, Kirsty & Nanny K. She speaks about them often at home and asks to go and see them on her days off. She’s made really good friends with the other children which is really lovely to see. Kerry updates me regularly with pictures & messages. They do really fun activities too! They are very accommodating & flexible with hours and will do all they can to help. It’s been a really great experience so far and a god send for our family. Would recommend Kerry’s setting to anyone. Thank you for everything ladies ♥

Kerry, Karen and Kirsty are an amazing team. Our two year old joined them following a disruptive family time and I cannot tell you how much it has meant to have him in such a happy, fun and and safe family environment. Kerry and the team do so much with kids as well as understanding when they need downtime. I'm pretty sure that our boy thinks they are his family and he loves his time there. I couldn't imagine we could have found a better place anywhere! Knowing that a child is happy and feels secure is everything and Kerry and her team provide that - and more!

Kerry and her team made my daughter feel so at home with them when she started going at 12 months old.
She always come back happy and I never felt worried about her whilst she was with Kerry. I knew she was having plenty of fun.
Kerry and her team send lots of updates throughout the day which is very reassuring and makes the days apart seem much shorter.
I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I can’t recommend Kerry and the team enough. My daughter has been with her since she turned 1 and now it’s like her second home. She’s now 19months and loves going so much she actually gets excited when we turn into Kerry’s road. I get updates and pictures every day about what she’s doing and I can honestly say that all the guilt I felt as a working mum going back to work has now gone and I feel safe and secure leaving her every morning as I know how much Dollie loves it there. Dollie does 5 days a week and has never once moaned about going. Kerry and all the team really are amazing and I can honestly say I wouldn’t want anyone else looking after Dollie.
