Mona took on my son very last minute, emergency childcare of sorts. Very clear communication. She is lovely, friendly and my son got on well with her. Plenty of updates given during the day, along with pictures. I could tell my son had the best time with her. Would definitely ring Mona again whenever we are back in London.

Mona booked us in last minute as our sitter has been away and from start Mona corresponded promptly and friendly and was also very helpful in directing us to her house as had never been there before. The house is lovely secured and is child proofed with upto date security surveillance and many engaging toys and activities for children to partake and indulge in along. Homecooked spaghetti was also nice and healthy.
Mona was friendly and professional, updating me with how my daughter was doing and sending pics/video which was very lovely and reassuring.
My daughter enjoyed staying there and also getting to know the other children as Mona had similar aged child. She especially enjoyed playing with the family kitten and said she would return.
I would definitely recommend Mona.

Needed a last minute babysitter for our 13 month old baby, and Mona helped us out massively. Couldn't be happier and she's so sweet! I was worried as I've never been online to get a babysitter, but Mona spoke to me throughout and gave me updates too.

I have used Mona and Sebastien as a childminder since my son was a year old. He is now 9. From the first time i met Mona and her family they were warm and welcoming and i liked her right away so did my children. It was a bonus that she has 3 children similar to my childrens age and they all get on very well. Mona used to also care for my older daughter, who Sebastien helped get her a job at his company last year.
Mona is very flexible to my needs, provides a brillent service and my son loves to spend time there with Mona and the other children she cares for. Would not know what to do without her as she is a great help to my needs.

Mona is the best in the whole of South East London!
I have known her for years, she looked after my older kids and still does with the younger ones. With Mona, I have always had peace of mind. Zero worries.
I trust Mona with all my children 1000%
She is a core professional, highly meticulous and very caring.
Mona is solid gold and it is an absolute blessing to have met her.

My boys spent the day with Mona very last minute as we were let down by our babysitter and we had never used Mona before. The house is well set up for children with many activities for the children along with outside space. Mona was very helpful and the boys enjoyed their day with her. We would definitely recommend her.

Prompted her on last minute notice (24 hours notice) and she accepted the offer. She has a nice and spacious home for kids (like a nursery to me) and my son loves her and her place so much. Won't hesitate to get her again in the future. Absolute first class service. 🙂👌

I cannot recommend Mona more if I tried, she provides such a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately puts both parent and child at complete ease. She is amazingly patient, provides nutritious meals and educational play and most wonderfully for parents, sends pics and videos with updates throughout the day.
She was amazingly accommodating to our changing needs and her support through tough times was so helpful especially with my child’s separation anxiety.
Mona and her husband Seb have a wealth of childcare experience and are very professional, caring and reassuring. The house is immaculately clean and the garden is well equipped their home is a very nurturing and stimulating environment. They organise fun activities indoors as well as outside such as visiting local parks. My child’s vocabulary has really improved and developed and he has learnt an amazing number of songs and games and developed really well, they also speak french in addition to English in the home. My child has brought back home many wonderful crafts he has made during his day Mona.
Mona is very understanding and will always try her best to support and be flexible when needed. The whole team is warm and kind hearted and there is a real connection with the children.
I have always felt like my child is in the best possible care, honestly cannot recommend enough!

I am so grateful I was able to find Mona, my DD loves going over to her place. She fosters a safe, loving/caring and fun environment were I my DD gets to play and also learn. The meals are healthy and fun ( she can get my little one to eat her veggies) It feels like a second home for my DD and sometimes I feel she prefers to be there than at home :-). I only wish i would have found Mona, when i started looking for childcare options as i know and feel it would have saved me time, energy and LOADS of stress! I can't stress how amazing the care is and how wonderful Mona is!

Mona and Seb are amazing and we are so glad we found them both. Mona is so flexible and genuinely loves the children and is a fountain of advice....yes she looks after her parents too. The food is amazing especially Seb's treats. Lovely clean home and very covid secure.
My son loved it and was well looked after I could see the difference in him straight away.
Mona provides lots of fun for the children with lots of Learning my son really developed there. Mona has very good communication skills and will keep you updated with everything. Thanks Mona.
Highly recommended and can't wait to take our kids back after mat leave.
