I currently look after a gorgeous boy who is 2.5 years old and have been with the family since he was 8 months old. He has started nursery and I’m looking for extra hours Tuesday to Thursday to fit around my current client, ideally an after school role.
I love children and am a caring, confident and a hard working nanny. I enjoy making a positive contribution towards a child’s well-being and seeing them reach their development milestones.
I have years of experience looking after multiple children in various age groups ranging from Zero to 14. Taking them on excursions to the theatre, parks, cinema, museums in and around London during half-term and school holidays. I have accompanied children to parties, on school trips and parent teacher meetings as a proxy parent.
I am a non-smoker and teetotaller. I don’t drive but am proficient in using public transport.
My spare time is spent spending time with family, friends and volunteering (mostly at sporting events). I currently enjoy being a Hockey maker for events at the Lee Valley Hockey & Tennis Centre.
My Experience
I have experience babysitting and nannying children from Zero to 14 for over 35 years. Taking them on excursions to the theatre, parks, cinema, museums in and around London during half-term and school holidays. I have accompanied children to parties, on school trips and even parent teacher meetings as a proxy parent.
I am often called on to nanny/babysit for my friends and family for emergency childcare, births, sibling births, house moves and holidays. I also have experience pet sitting.
Prior to becoming a nanny I was a full-time employee of UCL (University College London), as a Primary Care Education Coordinator and a Project Manager for 17 years. The generous university holidays enabled me to work as a nanny even while working full-time.
My Qualifications
Providing childcare (newborns to teens) for client families, friends and neighbours. I have experience tutoring in Maths, English and beginners piano. I have also been involved in conducting baby, toddler and kindergarten Sabbath school classes and holiday clubs.
I am DBS checked and have first-aid training.
My Availability
My current availability is indicated below and I don’t work on Sabbaths (Friday to Saturday sundown)

- Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (net)
£18 per hour with ideally a minimum of 3 hours, but this is negotiable based on your family’s requirements.
