About Me
I am a responsible, caring and reliable babysitter who is understanding of the many needs of children, their parents and pets. I have two teenagers, one of whom is autistic and I am able to offer specialist support if families include a child or children with special needs. I left the teaching profession to provide support for my daughter and am able to support children and their families outside of school hours.
My Experience
I have teaching experience with children with a wide variety of special needs.. I babysit a young autistic boy, regularly and also provide occasional babysitting support to a family of children of which have physical and neurological learning needs.
My Qualifications
BEd (Hons) with QTS, TEACCH, PECS, Understanding Autism (Level 2), Counselling Skills (Level 2), Makaton.
My Availability
I am able to provide babysitting support on weekdays - from 2.00pm until late evening, weekends and school holidays - all day, late evenings and overnight babysitting for one night at a time. I am also able to babysit on short notice.
