My Experience

I have hands-on experience caring for children of different ages, supporting families with everything from day-to-day routines to creating a fun and engaging environment. In my current/previous roles, I’ve looked after children in their own homes, helping with things like school runs, meal prep, bedtime routines, and keeping them entertained with a mix of creative and active play.

I’m confident managing multiple children at once and adapting to different personalities, needs, and routines. I’ve supported with homework, encouraged positive behaviour, and always made sure children feel safe, listened to, and happy in my care.

Alongside childcare, I’m happy to help out with light household tasks such as tidying up after activities, keeping play areas organised, and preparing simple, healthy meals. I always try to make things run smoothly for parents while keeping the children’s wellbeing at the heart of everything I do.

My experience has taught me how important patience, consistency, and a sense of fun are—and I bring all of that into every family I work with ?

My Qualifications

I have a strong academic background and a genuine love of learning, which I bring into my work with children. I achieved 10 GCSEs, including Maths and English, with particularly strong grades across a range of humanities subjects. I then went on to complete three A Levels and an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), where I developed my research, organisation, and independent thinking skills.

I also hold an undergraduate degree in Politics, and I’m currently studying for my postgraduate degree in Women’s and Gender Studies at the University of York. My studies have strengthened my understanding of communication, empathy, and social awareness, all of which are really valuable when working with children and supporting their development.

Overall, my qualifications reflect my dedication, responsibility, and ability to balance multiple commitments—qualities I bring into my role as a nanny every day ?

My Availability

I’m currently studying for my master’s degree, so my schedule can vary slightly during the week—but I’m very flexible and always do my best to work around a family’s needs. I’m consistently available in the evenings and on weekends, making me a great option for after-school care, date nights, or extra weekend support.

I’m happy to discuss specific days and times to find something that works well for both of us, and I’ll always communicate clearly about my availability in advance. I’m also open to occasional extra hours where possible, so you can rely on me when you need a bit of extra help ??

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour

My standard rate is £15 per hour. This reflects the care, attention, and reliability I bring to every family I work with, as well as my experience supporting children of different ages.

I’m always happy to discuss individual arrangements depending on your family’s needs—whether that’s regular hours, occasional babysitting, or longer days. My aim is to offer a fair and transparent rate while providing high-quality, trustworthy care you can feel confident in ?
