About Me
Hi, I'm a third-year Criminology and Sociology student at Loughborough University, and I also work at a nursery, which I really enjoy. I love spending time with children and helping them learn, play, and grow in a safe and caring environment. Before university, I did a lot of babysitting, and I also worked as an au pair over the summer in Spain , so I have plenty of hands-on experience with children of different ages. I'm patient, reliable, and comfortable managing daily routines like meals, playtime, and bedtime. I'm looking for babysitting opportunities where I can bring the same care and attention I give at the nursery.
My Experience
I work in a nursery setting, where I care for children on a daily basis, supporting their development through play, structured activities, and everyday routines. Before starting university, I did a lot of babysitting, which gave me a solid foundation in childcare, and I also worked as an au pair over the summer, looking after children full-time and taking on responsibility for their daily care. Together, this experience has given me strong skills in communication, patience, and keeping children safe and engaged across different age groups. I've also completed a Level 3 Paediatric First Aid course, meeting EYFS requirements, so I'm confident handling basic first aid situations. Alongside this practical experience, my university studies in Criminology and Sociology have given me a deeper understanding of child development, behaviour, and safeguarding.
My Qualifications
Working towards Level 3 Nursery practitioner. Level 3 Paediatric First Aid.
My Availability
Am available most times however looking for a more consistent job.

- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
