Isabela looked after my toddler for several weeks to cover a difficult gap. My toddler had picked up a few bad habits and Isabela was very helpful in resolving them. We were able to speak about the issues and work out a consistent approach to establishing a new routine. All of my toddler's bad habits are now fully resolved.
My toddler grew to love Isabela and always had great fun with her. I enjoyed regular photos and updates showing what they were doing each day.
Isabela was also good in making local introductions. We've discovered some new activities and my toddler made friends with local families and went on some play dates.
Overall, Isabela is extremely competent and caring and makes it her personal responsibility to get the best outcome for the child.

We used Isabela as a temp nanny for one week only, when I was recovering from a surgery at my parents house, and my two daughters, ages 3 and 6 came over from abroad to visit me in the UK. She was the perfect person for the job!
Isabela is:
- Clear, no nonsense, upfront communicator
- Confident & experienced in her job of managing the kids - boundaried, yet nurturing/ fun/ empathetic/ loving
- Managed challenging situatons such as my youngest toddler not wanting to leave me & not wanting to get dressed! etc...
- Active and hands on (she disappeared for hours at a time in the heat taking kids to parks etc)
Generally, I wanted a professional nanny to take matters into her own hands, and manage the kids where I couldn't - but also be open and flexible to my joining in where possible. Plus the girls really adored her, as did the whole household!
I would definitely use Isabela again!

Isabela was a nanny for my then aged three and five year old children from 2015 to 2016.
Isabela was extremely reliable. She always ten minutes early for work.
I never worried when they were in her care.
I found her firm but fair and always good fun.
Something another mother noticed was that Isabela would always chat and interact with my children, she was never on her phone.
Isabela always played games with my two, at home and in the park. She kept them busy!
Isabela also did some light household chores to a high standard.
