WORK EXPERIENCE

Responsible for looking after children as permanent/full timepositions, in London.
Being totally focused on the children, organising and implementing their daily routines and helping them to grow learn and develop.

2010 -2012 Mothers help: Portuguese family with 3 kids B18months, G3years and newborn girl;

2012-2014 Part time and full time sole charge nanny: Filippino family 2 kids G8months and the B2.5years old;

2014- Full time sole charge nanny: Italian Family one child boy 11 months. Temporary Position.

2014- FEB 2017 Full time sole charge nanny: Portoguese family G5months, G3years old and newborn girl.

2017- 2018 Full time sole charge: English and Italian family 2B 8 months old twins Temporary Position (May – present).

Duties as nanny:
-Responsible for the safety, wellbeing, care and development of young children.
-Getting children ready in the morning and then taking them to school
-Reading to and with the children.
-Attending any social events with the children.
-Helping children with after-school activities like homework.
-Being disciplined with the children when required.
-Washing and bathing children as well as changing nappies.
-Providing healthy meals and snacks for the children.
-Providing supervision and constant care to children.
-Stimulating children to read and be active.
-Regularly take children to activities outside including parks, museums, and soft play areas.
-Tidying up children's bedrooms and play areas.
-Planning and organizing age related activities.
-Preparing bottles of milk for babies.
-Introduced the weaning process, including preparing fresh nutritious meals.
-Encouraged the use of cutlery and supported transition from bottle to cup.
-Potty Training.
-Helped and supported the family to combine the care of the newborn baby and siblings.

-Top and Tail baby in the morning and dress for the day.
-Supported mother to breastfeed with first child, specifically helping with initial challenges of positioning and attachment of baby.

-Problems that could occur and how to avoid them.
-Teach you safety and hygiene around the baby.
-Sterilising and making up the bottles for your baby.
