About Me

Friendly and energetic nanny with over 10 years experience of working with children. I am a patient, positive person who wants to see the children I care for develop, learn and grow. I provide loving care whilst setting boundaries and ensuring things like good behaviour and manners are encouraged and daily routines are upheld. I have a flexible schedule and am available to work. I am discreet and respect the privacy of my employers. I use my scooter or bike as a transport to go to work.

My Experience

Trusted nanny / holiday nanny and swimming teacher to a London based family for over 10 years. Caring for their children (initially aged 4 to 11 years old) at home and internationally. Working initially as their holiday nanny and swimming teacher, I later became the family’s full-time nanny, based between their London home and several international homes. Working alongside a small team of household staff, I was solely responsible for the safety, well being and care of the younger two of the family’s four children. I managed daily activities on behalf of parents and coordinated the children’s busy schedules via email and phone, with household staff, drivers and Executive Assistants. A typical day would involve me waking the children up, helping them get ready and taking them to school on-time; ensuring that they had washed and were correctly dressed, ate breakfast and had everything they needed for the school day e.g. homework, sports kit. After school, I would ensure that the children were on time for and picked-up from, their extra-curricular activities, play-dates and parties. Later I would help the children with their bedtime routines. During the week, I would also help the children with their homework, tidy-up after the children and help them keep their things neat and tidy; encouraging them to help and be involved in the tidying up process. During half term school holidays, I would plan activities for the children; arranging play dates, sleep overs or other fun activities, encouraging creativity and socialising of the children. I would also accompany the family on international travel during school holidays; checking with parents what the destination was before I packed the children’s suitcases to ensure that the child would have everything they needed for a fun and happy trip. Abroad, I would accompany the family on day trips to assist with the children, accompany the family at restaurants and get involved in activities with the children such as water skiing and swimming.
