About Me

Hi
I'm Shuran, feel free to call me Shaz. I am very passionate about my career in Children's care and education.
I aim to work alongside children in my care in finding their niche and being a support bridge in their learning and recognising their potential. In line with the EYFS I believe a child-led approach alongside a holistic approach with time in nature and life skills shared will promote a thriving environment for children to become inquisitive, resilient and most importantly... authentically unique.

I am currently only offering Babysitting services at the minute but happy to have a chat about various services in the near future.

My Experience

I have around 12 years of experience in children and young people's workforce, working with various aged children.. more so with toddlers and pre-school. I have played roles of after-school club/holiday club worker, nursery nurse (key worker), room leader, deputy manager of a private day nursery. I have very positive attributes when working with children and love to use my knowledge collected to give children and young people the best start in life!

My Qualifications

-QCF Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Children and Young People's Workforce.
-Full 12-hour Paediatric First Aid.
-Safeguarding and Prevent Duty.
-Cache Level 2 in English, Mathematics, and ICT.
-Food Hygiene and Food Safety (Flow Training)
-Health and Safety (Flow Training)
-Allergies (Flow Training)
-Fire Safety (Flow Training)
-Preparation for Registration Training Programme Completed with Starting Life Well ( Salford Council)
-Child Protection (Salford Council)
