Hi parents! :) my name is shuran but everyone calls me shaz. I am level 3 qualified in childcare and young people's workforce and have around 10 years experience in the childcare sector working with various aged children..more so with toddlers and pre-school. I have played roles of after school club/holiday club worker, nursery nurse (key worker), roomleader, deputy manager of a day nursery and currently work as a leader at a private day nursery. I'm able to follow instructions very well and am a competent learner. I find myself to be self-motivated and can complete tasks using my own initiative. I am confident and personable with a good sense of humour. I am available on some evening's over the week. Im not currently ofsted registered but in the process of becoming registered to become a childminder, but I do have a full up to date DBS online update service and references.
