I was in a pickle and needed a professional babysitter ASAP (appointment issues) and I was recommended Emma!. Excellent and professional, kind, on time and trustworthy!. I really do hope to be able to book again very soon. That k you!

Truly delighted with the service Emma provided. We were flying into Cardiff for a family wedding and relied heavily on the reviews, references and converations we had with Emma on the weeks leading up to the wedding. It was great piece of mind knowing that my son could stroll around outside, eat when suited him and nap when he needed - so we could all enjoy our day. Emma came with a bag of goodies and a very chilled mindset - both of which my 2 year old was delighted with. Nothing was too much trouble and the updates via text when I hadn't got to check up on them brought great peace of mind.

I have only known Emma for one month when she started caring for my 14 months old boy on a part time basis.
I moved to Cardiff with my little one for work and desperately needed some help. I’m glad I got to meet Emma. I have never had a babysitter or a nanny before, but I instantly felt comfortable with her and so did my little boy.
She is extremely experienced and more importantly reliable, caring and a good-natured person. I highly recommend her as a nanny or a babysitter.
