OFSTED Registered Nanny (currently lapsed)
I have just moved to Witcham and offer my services for care of your child/children in and around Ely, Cambridgeshire.
I am 'mum' to two gorgeous, well balanced, healthy and happy professional young adults and 'Nana' to our first grandchild, born September 2019. Although currently lapsed my previous OFSTED registration required DBS certification, a 'Caring for Children in Their Own Home' qualification, and a Paediatric First Aid Certificate (May 2015). I am a safe, confident driver and my car insurance covers me for professional use. I would love the opportunity to be a proactive, very caring and kind, happy and very responsible 'aid' to complement your circumstances. I have been a full time working mum so I know what it is all about!
Hours negotiable and flexible according to your requirements. My preference is after school care during term time.
My Experience
Aside from bringing up my own family I have childcare experience looking after children in their own homes since 2010:
- A family of four children for over a year (ages 3 -13) before and after school - cooking meals, laundry, club and sport runs, babysitting, sole weekend charge, sickness cover;
- A family of one 6 year old child - after school care and play, homework, tea;
- A family of two children, aged 6 and 8 - after school care, play, clubs, homework;
- A family of four girls - (ages 3-10) before and after school care, sports runs, toddler groups, cooking meals, laundry and housekeeping for children;
- A single mum of one 2 year old - one to one focused activities to maintain concentration and stimulation of a very bright toddler, meals and housekeeping;
- A family with two boys, 9 and 11, (with health and special needs) after school care/supervision, meal preparation and housekeeping
- Nana to my gorgeous 4 year old grandson!
My Qualifications
Lapsed OFSTED Registered (2015).
A mother of two successful young adults.
Lapsed DBS Certification (May 2015).
'Caring for Children in Their Own Home' qualification (Tinies Training) (May 2015).
Lapsed Paediatric First Aid Certificate (May 2015).
Safe, confident driver with insurance for professional use.
