Vicky has been nannying for my daughter for just under a year, as well as occasional babysitting. She is truly one of the family and we feel so lucky to have found her.
My daughter absolutely loves her and is so excited when she arrives in the morning. They have built a lovely bond and trusting relationship, which is so nice to see. She is very active which I love - they go out twice a day on adventures and they are always smiling and laughing. Sometimes I wonder who is having more fun - my daughter or Vicky :)...she genuinely enjoys the company of children and watching them develop. I really like the way she treats my daughter, as a friend but with clear behavioural boundaries and my daughter has obviously flourished in her company. Vicky sends photos throughout the day which is really lovely and so nice to receive at work. I have 100% confidence in her and trust that my daughter is safe, happy and having fun when they are together.
My partner and/or I often work at home and she has always been very flexible with this, which has been great as it can't always be easy. She is very respectful and has a clear routine so we all know where we stand. She has really taken an interest in my daughter. For example, she's not the best sleeper and Vicky always tries to support and come up with new ideas. Likewise, she is keen to try new foods out on my daughter, who has been having some dietary issues.
Vicky also babysits for us (and will always try to accomodate us at short notice which is amazing) and everything always goes to plan. She copes fine with bedtime and if my daughter wakes, and the house is always left super clean.

Vicky has worked with us as an occasional babysitter since my daughter was a baby. She has also worked with my friend's son who is ADHD and ODD (he was 7 initially). She would babysit both of them at the same time. She demonstrated excellent child management as she is an articulated individual, a real motivator and an excellent communicator. She can understand complex information and interpret difficult behaviours sometimes displayed. She is very polite and professional, following instructions and being a good listener. She is also very conscious of confidentiality and data protection. Vicky is very organised, attentive and possesses excellent child care skills. She is very approachable, welcoming and has demonstrated excellent rapport, particularly with my daughter and my friend's son, by being attentive, enthusiastic and self-motivated to carry out all of the activities and challenges in front of her. Her punctuality and behaviours throughout her time with us have been highly impressive and has demonstrated all of the skills and qualities required to be successful in any appropriate job role, particularly when applying her high standards of work, great eye for detail and adaptability. She has demonstrated an outstanding attitude and effort, making it fun for our children who really love her dearly. We miss you already Vicky!!

We’ve been with Vicky for 6 months now and I couldn’t hope for more in a nanny. Our son adores her. She is loving and caring towards him but sets him clear boundaries in terms of his behaviour. He’s developed loads in her care, particularly in terms of communication.
The extent of her experience with children was clear at the start, both in her confidence and interpreting his wants and needs when he can’t communicate for himself.
I love her approach to the day. There’s no sitting in at home...every opportunity and they’re out and about...be it playgroups, galleries, the library or the park.
On top of that she is professional, always prompt, and provides regular updates and photos. So if I was ever in any doubt I can see how much fun he's having!
Every day I leave for work, it’s with a feeling of content, knowing my son’s going to have another great day with Vicky.

Vicky is looking after our son (15mths) and two girls (4 and 2 1/2) as part of a nanny share.
Vicky is a brilliant nanny and we can't believe we have found her. As a mum going back to work, Vicky has made it such an easy experience to leave our son in her care. He absolutely loves every minute with Vicky and she is amazing looking after three of them.
Vicky plans lots of exciting activities and trips, spending time outdoors. She is imaginative and creative and always keeps him entertained and our sons development has been incredible since he has been with her.
Vicky is very patient, warm and kind and always keeping us up to date on the days activities and daily routines.
We're so lucky to have her!

Vicky has been looking after our 2 girls (4 and 2 1/2) since October 2014 and we couldn’t have managed without her. You can tell she really loves her job.
I work from home which isn't the easiest set up for Vicky, but she just gets on with it. The girls absolutely love her and when Vicky looks after them, they never get upset, which is pretty amazing, especially for a toddler who is constantly testing boundaries. They listen to her straight away (I wish they did that with me) - She is a toddler whisperer!
When she started, our youngest was only a few weeks old and Vicky showed excellent skills caring for a small baby, whilst keeping our toddler safe, happy and entertained.
She clearly loves children and has both a natural ability with them and extensive knowledge and experience. She understands the different stages of child development and adapts activities so that the girls have fun learning. She is extremely patient and always has a positive approach. Vicky interacts constantly with both children, talking and singing with them. This impacted very positively on their language skills. She is super proactive, suggesting activities within the home or researching local playgroups and activities. She sends us lots of photos of what they are up to during the day which is really lovely, especially as she’s an amazing photographer.
A few months ago, with our eldest in preschool, we decided to nanny-share with another family. Vicky took on the responsibility of an extra child, who was 10 months at the time. Again, she manages brilliantly, especially during the school holidays when she has 3 under 5s in her care and still manages to plan lots of outdoor activities with them. I’m not sure where she finds all that energy, but she is a godsend!
All in all, Vicky is extremely professional, reliable and trustworthy. But more than that, she is part of our family. She has stood by us through thick and thin and we are so grateful to have her in our life.

A true child care professional. She spent just one morning with my 2 year old daughter (so far) and my little girl was giving her cuddles before she left. I felt truely at ease leaving my daughter with her. Couldn't have gone better. Plus she sent me lovely pictures of all the fun they were having. Thank you Vicky :)

I can highly recommend Vicky. Excellent communication prior to the day we needed her. Gave us text and photo updates on our children and let us know when they were asleep. Vicky was really friendly and our 9 and 6 year old boys thought she was great. Thanks Vicky, we'll definitely see if you're available next time we're in Manchester.

My two kids (8 and 5 yo) were a bit nervous only having being babysat by family before but Vicky put them straight at ease. Both warmed to her quickly and are looking forward to seeing her again. Thanks again, we will definately be in touch soon.

Vicky looked after our 11 weeks old son while my partner and I went out for a tea. From the first time we exchanged our messages Vicky was very informative, accommodating and most importantly patient. She provided me with all requested paperwork and impressed me with quick response time and text message confirmation once everything was set up.
Vicky was great with Julien from the moment she stepped into our house. What I appreciated the most was several text messages with the pictures sent to us during our time away, which put my mind at ease. She clearly understood my anticipation of being away from my baby and was happy to help as much as she could.
When we came back our baby was changed, fed, napped and looked very content.
We will be definitely asking Vicky to look after Julien again!

Really good and down to earth. My son is very shy but was very relaxed with Vicky he enjoyed her company so much he asked for her back. Normally I only have family babysit. But Vicky really made me think twice. She played games and told stories with leo. Brilliant will defo book her to come again
