My Requirements

? Nanny Needed From 25th August — ~25hrs/week (flexible)
Location: Shenfield, Essex — close to Shenfield Station

I'm looking for a kind, reliable nanny to support my two boys (ages 10 & 8) in a relaxed, child-led environment. My younger son is autistic and thrives with someone intuitive, patient, and playful—especially when it comes to LEGO-building and gentle companionship.

Key details:
- Start Date: 25th August
- Hours: ~25hrs/week (likely to increase with work travel/events)
- Location: Shenfield, 5 mins walk from Shenfield Station
- Driving preferred (for school pickups)

Schedule (term time):
- Start time will initially be 10:30am, shifting to 12:30pm as my younger son increases his time at school
- Mon–Thu: ~10:30/12:30 to 5:30pm (Wednesdays until 7:30pm)
- Sundays: 9–12 (flexible depending on match times)
- Additional hours available during holidays and some evenings

Responsibilities:
- Be a warm, responsive presence—engage when invited, respect independence
- Prepare snacks and simple meals
- Support my 8-year-old’s emotional and sensory needs with calm and empathy
- Light housekeeping duties to tidy up

What I’m looking for:
Someone reliable, caring, flexible, and confident navigating a gentle, neurodiversity-affirming space. Open communication and a relaxed, child-led attitude are key.
