About Me
My Name is Simran, I am 22 years old with 6 years of experience working with children. I work full time as a babysitter/childminder. I am looking to expand and have my own day care one day.
Please don't be afraid of my age! I have been working with children since I was 15. I have a full license as well as a car, this enables me to travel for work and I absolutely love it. I am a very bubbly, kind and caring person who is passionate about working with children long term.
I absolutely love getting involved and joining in with the children's activities. I am highly active and enjoy creating tasks that are fun and educational. I have worked for a while within Nurseries so therefore I am highly experienced when it comes to the wellbeing of a child and am up to date of what is expected in terms of development.
I am also a Private tutor, I currently tutor 8 students from the ages of 4-11. Being the age I am, enables me to be very active with the children and do lots of fun, creative tasks endlessly! I really enjoy doing art tasks with the children and using my tuition skills to finish homework effectively.
My Experience
I had worked within a Nursery as a Nursery practitioner for 3 years. Therefore I specialise in working with New borns - 5 year olds. I was based within the babyroom as well as toddlers. So therefore I am very experienced in that age group range. I have childminded and babysat for roughly 6 years and most have all been through recommendation.
I have done private babysitting and childminding work for a number of years now, a lot of parents tend to recommend me for emergency babysitting as well as weekend/evening. I am very flexible on timing so last minute bookings are no problem!
I have a lot of experience when it comes to tutoring as I currently tutor a number of children aged 5-13. I have worked with students that English is not their first language, which included reading and writing. I have done work experience in schools of all ages. Maths and English is where I am best at.
My Qualifications
I currently achieved 3 A Levels in Heath and Social Care which is based around working with children and training to become Nursery Practitioner. I have 8 GCSE qualifications with high passes in English and Maths.
I have extra qualifications in Science and Buisness.

Her profile and the initial communication was great! She seemed to be the perfect nanny! Scheduled to meet last Saturday - just went silent - not read any of my messages nor returned my phone call. Strange we thought! Next day got a text message explaining what happened to her Saturday, asked to re-arrange for an interview, we said yes. thought give her the benefit of the doubt. She proposed Sunday morning or Sunday early afternoon (basically that same day), we replied morning is better for us. Not replied after that nor read the message. Chased her again, but nothing. Don't waste your time or breath on this one. Will just keep your hopes up and then let you down.
