Prospective parents,

Well what can I say about Gemma...she is our very own Mary Poppins. My son (one and only) arrived at little gems for his first session in February 2019. When he arrived he was completely dairy and soya free diet. Gemma fully accommodated his dietary needs for the days he would be attending so he was able to eat the same as everyone else. Gemma also fully supported me and Albi through the milk ladder, including via text to discuss experiences and advice. By the time my son left Gemma he was completely a normal diet.
As a parent with one child it’s so hard to pass on care to someone else so you are able to work. But Gemma made the transition so easy. The first few weeks we had regular updates during the day. But when we realised he had fully settled In, it was no longer needed, unless Gemma had questions or it was an emergency. At pick up Gemma gives you full details via the daily diary which I loved reading. Also the online resources for the regular development observations are entertaining and amazing. With Gemma you know exactly where you child falls in development, with regular termly updates. She gives very clear next steps, and things that she is working on so you are able to carry on the activities at home.
Gemma really makes your child part of the family. Everything is child centred and has them at the forefront of planning her days. Gemma is very good at supporting new environments and encouraging your child in new situations but also sensitive to a child’s discomfort and will support them in handling new situations. Gemma will most certainly help your child learn and grow.
Gemma also handles emergency situations like a professional. She is calm and collected and will put in personal emergency protocols for your child. I trust Gemma 120% with my son and ate very sad to lose her. But fully encourage her to carry on shaping little minds. She truly is an angel.
