We couldn't be happier with the care that Emma and Sheila give to our daughter. They plan days out most days such as to the park, sensory play, farms and messy play.
The communication is brilliant- we have a daily diary outlining what she has been like, eaten etc throughout the day. Emma is also in regular contact with all the parents via text to keep us informed of anything. Each child also has the most fantastic learning journey book which has photos and captions of what they have been doing and explains how this maps across to where they are developmentally.
The meals are varied and our daughter always eats everything.
We have struggled in the past to find childcare that we are happy with but we can now both go to work with peace of mind that out daughter is in the best possible hands.

I can't recommend Emma enough. Both her and Sheila really go the extra mile when caring for my son. He has come on such a long way since starting at Blosson Tree, he has made lots of new friends and is becoming very independent getting ready for starting school in September. He always has lots of fun stories to tell us about all the activities and days out they have. He will be very sad to leave when he starts school! Communication is always great, Emma writes down what they've been up to and what they've eaten etc everyday. Couldn't ask for more :-)

After a bumpy start searching for the right childminder, my husband and I found Emma and thank goodness we did. Emmas home is a lovely setting for babies, toddlers and young chidren, with a dedicated playroom filled with educational and fun toys which support childrens development. Emmma has also provided a fun outdoor space so the children can experimemt with water and sand as well as outdoor toys. Emma plans activities each day whether that be nature walks, play centres or trips to farms and the beach so the children are always exposed to new experiences.
Any parent faced with having their child cared for by someone other than themself is faced with feelings of guilt and anxiety. Emma makes every effort to communicate with parents by sending pictures via text msg throughout the day and provides a written summary at the end of each day.
My husband and I wanted to place our daughter in a safe environment that is structured but fun. Not only did we find this with Emma we are also lucky to have found someone that has welcomed our daughter as if she is part of the family and looks after her just as we would, with love.
We couldn't recommend her enough, if you think a childminder is the right option for you then you must meet Emma.
