Megan is an amazing nanny! She worked with us from April 2019 until May 2020. During this time I can definitely say I could go to work/after work events without having the slightest worry about my son and with short notice. She is not only very well organized, but also will stand for your child if she sees unfairness or if they need help, will organise playdates, cook for them, follow up any issues and help finding activities that are interesting and developmental. You can trust Megan to take care of your child as much as you trust yourself. She is keen to learn your family rules, culture and favourite meals, very easy with communication and knows work ethics really well. I'd say she is bigger than a nanny - if there is a possibility, allow her to develop more skills and grow. I had to say good bye to her when COVID hit and it wasn't pleasant, but this was a very hard time to go through and it was my own daemons which I had to fight.
