Carina looked after my son 2 days a week from when I returned to Work when he turned 1. He was in her care for 2 years.
Carina was extremely helpful with the settling in process at the beginning, offering settling in days, finding out as much about him as she could to aid the transition, and giving me lots of updates. And once he was settled he would happily be dropped off at Carina’s in the mornings, and I could tell he had fun when I collected him... to be honest it was hard getting out the house at the end of the day!
Carina always provided a nice & healthy variety of meals and snacks, and he had a nice structure to his day with her. He napped well, had some time to interact with other children at playgroups and outdoors activities with other minded children, and quieter one-on-one time back at the house. I always had a detailed feedback of my son’s day via an app for Chilcare diaries. It included info on nappies/toileting, what he ate, how he is meeting his milestones, what he has been up to, and a photo, which was a really nice touch.
When it emerged he was having problems with his speech, Carina picked up on it early and helped with a referral for speech therapy, and supported us through the process with information and providing my son with activities which could help him. And thanks to this he has caught up well with his speech. My son is quite a timid boy, and Carina was sensitive towards this.
I never had to worry when he was with Carina, and I have no hesitation in recommending her childcare services. She has always been reliable and flexable.

My son who is 3 and a half, has been looked after by Anna for nearly a year now, and I can tell he thoroughly enjoys going to Anna's. When I take him to nursery in the mornings and tell him Anna is picking him up, he is so excited about it. He loves all the different indoor and outdoor toys, playing with the other children and the home-cooked dinners he has there. I can tell he has been well cared for and looked after at Anna's, and she has a gentle and caring nature, which has been very reassuring to me as my son is quite timid. His speech and confidence has really progressed while in Anna's care, and I never have to worry about him while I'm at work.
