I am a married mother of 2 girls and one on the way , I am currently work part time hours of 22 hours a week

My Requirements
I am looking for somebody that can be a bit flexible and somebody who is kind, friendly, and loving.
I need someone who can collect my daughter who is 11 from my home by about 8 am and take her to school which is about 20 mins driving from my house in lozells, she goes to North Birmingham Academy in Perry common, the school time starts at 8.40 so she would need to arrive by about 8.30am the latest, earlier is fine as the schools opens at 8.
I also would need her to be collected from school at 3.20pm and dropped back home.
I need somebody who is registered with Ofsted and drives, I would like somebody who has experience working with children, weather it is in a job or with their own children.
This person needs to be a non-smoker or if you are I do not want smoking around my child.
I only need someone who can do school runs and pick ups
