Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Elaine. After agreeing on a schedule -which we adjusted twice (from 8:00 to 8:30 and then 9:00 AM) specifically to accommodate her requests- and conducting a paid trial, she significantly changed her availability several times, always thanking us for our flexibility. Eventually, she cancelled the night before her official start date!

She cited personal exhaustion and an inability to commit to a 7:45 AM wake-up call, despite having previously agreed to the role. She admitted her own profile listed her as unavailable in the mornings, but she went through the application process anyway because the opportunity 'seemed good'.

While she is undoubtedly kind, her lack of transparency regarding her actual capacity to work caused significant inconvenience, as we had already dismissed other candidates. Based on my experience, I'm afraid I would not recommend her if you require a reliable professional who can commit to a consistent schedule.
