I have used Lu 8 or 10 times for my two boys, 2&4, she's always been fantastic. On time (usually early) really great with the kids and very calm, which is fab for bedtime stories! The boys love Lu and stay up if they know she's coming.
Couldn't recommend Lu highly enough.

Lou has been babysitting for our son since he was about 6 months old, he’s now 4 years old. Our son loves her and always asks when she’s coming back. He always waves us goodbye without a blink! Lou plays with him, brings in her educational and artistic experiences (they made me a lovely birthday card of dancing gazelles!), feeds and bathes him, and puts him to bed a happy boy! Most importantly, she always brings a smile to all of us, even after a long day at work! She’s definitely a family favourite. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Thank you so much for the lovely review! I did laugh at your mention of the card. That was a combination of your favourite animal and show, we thought long and hard together about that one! 😂🥰
We had Louise babysitting our son during pre-Covid. She established great contact with him immediately and our son enjoyed spending time with her. After 2 years of covid (and no babysitting) we asked her to do babysitting for us again - for our older son (now 4) and our second son, who is 2 and had never met Louise before. When she arrived, they both were happy to see her and loved her company. Our younger boy often is reserved with people he doesn't know, but this wasn't the case and we were confident leaving both boys with Louise. Our older boy has been asking when Louise will be coming again, which just proves how good she is with children. Louise is very pleasant, creative, experienced, punctual, caring and overall highly reliable person.
Based on our experience with Louise, we highly recommend her to other parents who are looking for a credible and professional babysitter.
