I've had the pleasure of working with 4 amazing families in the past, ages ranging from 2 to13 years old.
2020-2021: Malmesbury, UK
Working as a personal assistant for a family in Malmesbury. On the occasion I did adhoc childcare for their lovely children, a girl aged 2 and boy aged 4. This involved entertaining the children, making lunches, outings, nappy changes.
2019-2020: Bath, UK
My most recent job this year was looking after two girls aged 10 and 12 in Bath. My duties included:
Picking up from school, driving to various clubs and planning and cooking vegetarian dishes for the family, craft activities and homework help.
2018: Pennsylvania, USA
Summer of 2018 I worked at a summer camp in Pennsylvania, USA. My role included staying in a bunk with 11 girls aged 7 & 8 with 6 other counsellors. I would help organise the girls with their activities, help them when they were struggling with issues such as homesickness and confidence etc. My main daily role was as a culinary specialist. I helped instruct classes for groups ages from 6 to 15, both boys and girls. I had to manage and communicate to these groups on how to measure out, mix and cook ingredients to make 3 course meals.
2017: London, UK
In 2017 I looked after a 4 year old girl, taking and picking her up from nursery, organising outings to the farm, playground, softplay etc. I also would make her packed lunch and dinners, bathe and read to her! We loved drawing together, playing doctors, baking and imaginative play!
2015: London, UK
In 2015 I was a nanny to two girls aged 10 and 12. I would drive to pick them up from school, create weekly meal plans and cook, homework help, drive girls to clubs, laundry and general tidying. I also organised pizza and sushi making dinners, where the girls could get involved as they loved food!
