I am a happy person and always smiling, i have two children aged 10 years and 8 years old, we live In herne Bay. I love being a mummy and i love working with children i find it such a rewarding job, I had two years of work experience while I studied my diploma in Childcare and education at Croydon college and i have worked with children since i left college, so a total of 18 years Childcare experience (details below) since having my children nannied for 6 years and i have been so lucky to have my children with me too, i love to get out and about with the children, taking them to children centres, play centers, parks, picnics, library's, farms etc i have a loving home, when we stay in the children are always busy being creative- playing with play dough, baking, painting etc or playing with toys inside or in the garden. i like to keep the children stimulated, and spend quality time with them, reading stories and having cuddles :-) I also observe and work from the early years foundation curriculum, and help the children develop individually. Since both children started school I have been a deputy manager for 3 years and run the ore school, I have recently moved to herne Bay May 2919 and I know the area well.
September 2003- april 2005 NURSERY NURSE bufferbear nursery at mayday hospital- i worked in the baby room aged 3 months to 14 months
April 2005- Oct 2007-ROOM LEADER - bufferbear nursery at mayday hospital.
After two years, I became the room leader in the baby room at buffer bear nursery, where I took charge of the runnings of the room, making sure all paper work was complete, working along side the early years foundation, safety checks where done and the babies were stimulated and cared for in a loving and caring way

Busybees nursery in wandsworth - BASEROOM MANAGER, I was in charge of the runnings of two toddler rooms aged 1-2 year altogether a total of 21 toddlers within two rooms and all staff who worked within The rooms, I made sure all paper work was complete and each child developed individually working alongside the early years foundations, I also would take charge of the nursery in the absence of the manager

My first baby was born in august, i started nannying when she was 5 months old for an 8 month old baby, and ocassionally his brother, i took my baby with me which was lovely, i did this for 11 months untill my second baby was born in November 2010

Nannying for one family (one of the families above) nannying for a 3 year old boy 3-4 days a week, this was on a shift rota so the hours would change weekly, I also looked after his sister from the age of 3 months as and when needed until their mum returned to work and I then looked after both children 3-4 days a week, i was also able to have my own children with me

NANNY Sep 2013-August 2015- Nannying for an 11 month old untill the age of 3, 5 days a week, I prepared meals, helped establishing a good routine, toilet training, and working closely on individual development using EYFS. We went to many places including children centres, soft play, swimming, stay and play etc to encourage social interaction and development, I really enjoyed this role and the child became part of our family as did the parents which still continues.
October 2015 level 3 practioner at a pre school- I worked in a Pre school room helping to manage a large group of children in day to day activities which help to develop and support them in their day to day learning and to help them progress through working closely with the EYFS.
March 2016- ongoing deputy manager. After being at the Pre school for 5 months a positions for deputy manager came avalible, which I had an interview and progressed further jn my career, this involved, running the pre school and also being involved with the running of the pre schools educational, financial side ensuring all staff are following policy and procedures and ensuring the children are looked after, thrieving and having a great time. Also in my role I was SEND lead (special educational and disabilities) leader, supporting children with additional needs. last year I did a 12 month course called SENDChamps ran by the NDNA where I lead the whole pre school team and trained them on how we can improve our nursery for children with SEND and all our children in the setting.i am also second in charge of safeguarding working our setting.
Diploma in childcare and education - level 3
I also have lots of cetificates from courses i undertook whilst working in the nurseries.
