An exceptionally good childminder!

Our experience with Deon was 100% positive. She is warm, caring, responsible, knowlegeable and sensible.

Children flourish in her home environment where she cooks them delicious, healthy food, esablishes an excellent routine and guides them in their development and also their manners (my daughter became very polite). The home routine is balanced by lots of fun outings to the library, the woods (they tend to go to forest school once a week) as well as meet-ups with other childminders on a regular basis. That way, the children have ample opportuniites for socialising in a way that is less hectic that many nursery settings.

Deon is very good at communicating and always lets you know if she has any concerns about your child - if, perhaps, they have a bruise or rash, if they seem upset about something, if they are having trouble sleeping etc etc. She does not, however, overburden you with too much information and just gets on with the job that she does with confidence, integrity and grace.

We already miss her!

Deon is amazing.

Deon was looking after my 4 year old daughter and we couldnt be more happy. She is an utmost proffesional, very caring and my daughter absolutely adored her. Under Deon's care she was safe, entertained and enjoying her time in a great setting. We can fully recommend Deon to every parent.

Amazing Child Minder.

Deon is an amazing childminder that was absolutely brilliant with my daughter Kayla and I cant recommend her enough.

My daughter (Kayla) started with her at the age of just 11 months until she was 3 years old and we really saw Kayla excel whilst in her care. She went above and beyond what you would expect from a childminder.
Some of the activities my daughter did included forest school, football and music.
In terms of learning when Kayla started nursery she had already learnt her alphabet and numbers up to 20.
During her time with Deon she developed a very confident personality which helped her settle into Nursery comfortably.

My wife and I were apprehensive about sending my daughter to a childminder but Deon helped us from day 1 by easing our anxiety and explaining what she did for the children and providing us with settling days to ease our daughter into her care.
Deon made me feel comfortable throughout Kayla's time with her and kept me updated throughout the day which made me feel so happy knowing that Kayla was having so much fun.

I now have a son and didn't have to think what we would have to do about childcare as my wife and I knew we would take her to Deon's due to how much our daughter gained from being looked after by Deon often Kayla would return home and tell us about how much fun she had and what she had learned.
We are at ease sending my son there and have 0 concerns I would recommend Deon to anyone who is looking for childcare and am happy we sent our first child to her rather than a nursery so that our children receive d plenty of attention in a great environment.

If you need a childminder then please do reach our to Deon you will defiantly not regret your decision as she is fantastic.
