My daughters aged 8 and 10 spent last Saturday with Nazima while I was attending a conference in Birmingham. While we were organising the day in advance, I found Nazima to be very professional and organised - she emailed regularly, sent us her documentation and information about activities for children in Birmingham, and even had the great idea to have a Skype call in advance so she and the girls could get to know each other a little on advance.
On the day itself, Nazima arrived promptly, and the girls had such a fun day with her! I found Nazima to be a reliable, professional, caring and kind babysitter, and I would recommend her without hesitation!

Nazima babysat for my two boys (3 and 1) when I had to bring them to Birmingham for a work event at very short notice. She was calm, kind, and they settled with her immediately. I would absolutely recommend Nazima and will definitely contact her if I need childcare in Birmingham again, it was such a positive experience!

Naz cared for our 2 children at the last minute. She was lovely with the children and I felt really happy leaving them with her. I am happy to recommend her to anyone. She was on time and did a great job
