Heather looked after our two kids (6yo boy and 2yo girl) for two weeks while we attended a conference in Edinburgh. The moment we met her we knew we were in luck! She did her best to accomodate our needs. She picked the kids up and took them by car to various child friendly attractions in the city, including the swimming pool and the cimbing centre. There was never a dull day for them. She provided their food, she put them to sleep when we were late and she even washed their clothes :) She was independent, professional and reliable and we felt confident to leave the kids in her care. I have met my full share of babysitters and nannies during my parenting years and Heather tops this list!

Heather is an incredibly warm and generous carer, lively and bubbly enough to always enthral and light up my daughter's eyes. She is also very experienced so you feel relaxed and confident that she can take care of any issues that arise in your absence. A gem to know and work with. I would love to keep working with Heather when ever I come for work to Edinburgh, subject to her availability. I can so understand why she is in such high demand!

We just wanted to thank you for the great help you have been since our return from Singapore. We have not had a nanny before in the UK, and the demands of our relocation were considerable. We needed someone flexible, organised, reliable and kind who was able to adapt to various situations as we were trying to settle with a 5 year old and a newborn baby. You not only met the challenge but proved yourself to be inventive in finding exciting and fun things to do with our 2 children over the past 5 months.
We are wholeheartedly happy to recommend you to any family looking for an ad hoc nanny and we wish we could take you with us to our new destination!
