My name is Elena and I am an Ofsted registered Childminder, with an extensive childcare experience.
I live in Northolt with my partner of 15 years and our 3 and a half year old son.
I am an honest, friendly, very loving and responsible person, very dedicated to what I do.
I live in a safe, lovely and caring home environment with many toys and resources to promote children's development and independence, while they have fun. Some of them include, fancy dress, arts & crafts, puzzles, musical instruments, trains, cars, dolls, children kitchen etc
I also have a garden where children can enjoy fresh air, run, or play with the sand & water table, the slide, drive cars...
We do lots of outings to playgroups and soft play places.
I believe that raising children with love, care and the right values, helps them grow as confident individuals with good morals, that's why I bring warmth, routine, boundaries, manners and lots of fun on my day to day with them.
I support the children's learning through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and will provide parents with regular updates on their children's development with daily diaries, pictures and term reports.
My Experience
I am a fully registered Ofsted Childminder, with many years of experience, childminding, babysitting and as an Au Pair. I am also a mum to an amazing 4.5 year old boy, which is my best experience. Since he was 4 months, we have been going to playgroups, libraries, soft play places etc, and we have made amazing friends there, who we regard as our own family.

Elena was warm and friendly from the beginning. She put me completely at ease leaving my little preemie with her for the first time when I went back to work. Although onl once a week my son came on so quick
Being in her care. I can't thank her enough for the love she showed albie. I would received updates and pictures through out the day what would put me completely at ease. i couldn't think of anyone else I would want my child to be taken care by.

I was worried about a stranger looking after my 3 daughters, even though I knew childminders are qualified and have had all the relevant checks, its still very worrying. I found Elena on childcare.co.uk, she had really good reviews and also lived locally to me. As soon as I met her I felt at ease, she's a very warm and loving person. The girls absolutely adore her and her family. Not only did she take care of them for 10 hours a day, she would teach and guide them, she was fun but also firm and fair. She took the girls out nearly everyday, my daughters flourished in her care. She gave the girls very healthy food as well which is very important to me.
Its clear Elena adores her job, and that comes across because she's a natural at it. She puts her heart and sole into it. And children leave her house happy, well cared for and most importantly loved. I would recommend her to everyone I know.

With great pleasure I can recommend Elena as a nanny/childminder. She looks after my 3years old daughter every Saturday for almost a year and it is a joy to have her.
Elena is certified childcare provider and she can easly work with more than 2 kids so we knew that our daughter is safe with her. She took an active role in enhancing my daughter development and making sure she got plenty activities. She has been a wonderful help for us with a great work ethic she always let's me know her availability in advance. Elena is very co-operative and does everything I ask in caring for my daughter. In addition Elena is highly reliable and presents strong character. I can truly trust her to make best decisions for my daughter when I am not around. Most importantly kids love her and she loves kids.

Elena was my first and best Au Pair. She has a great personality and a brilliant manner with my children balancing play, learning, and discipline with positive reinforcement. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her as a childminder to anyone.

Elena is an absolutely amazing Childminder. She is friendly, fun, caring, sensitive and very professional. You can tell she genuinely loves kids, and kids love her.
All my anxieties about leaving my son with a Childminder disappeared when I met her. My son loves "auntie Elena", he thrives while at hers and learns so much as well.
She is also a fantastic mama to her son, who has become very good friend with my son.
I feel extremely happy and can't recommend Elena enough.
