About Me
My name is Marina,
I am looking for an opportunity to do some extra hours working with special needs kids or just some babysitting. I have been working in a special education college as a student support assistant. Before that, I have been working as a SEN nanny with an amazing girl with Down syndrome, a job that finished recently due to my assessment that she was independent enough to not need my help anymore. Alongside this, I have been volunteering at the West Hampstead Women’s Centre.
Previously since I came to London, I’ve been working as a care assistant, I did an internship as a Teacher Assistant in a special education secondary school, I also have a University Degree in Social Education. Before that, I´ve studied a Vocational Education and Training of Attention of people in dependency situation and Certificate of Higher Education in Social Integration in Spain and I had the opportunity to get some working experiences with people with different disabilities, mental health problems and elderly people.
I am a very active and positive person. I really enjoy my job. Spanish is my first language which mean I can teach if you are also interested.
