I’m a professional and highly experienced educator/nanny (2 decades working with children), who loves supporting the learning journey of little ones! I started my career as a preschool and primary teacher in Brazil, where I’m originally from. Since then, I haven’t stopped working with children. For the last 10 years I’ve been working in the childcare sector, either as a nursery nurse or as a nanny. I have recently finished my studies in psychology here in the UK, and I’m currently working with children and families who are in need of extra support. However, I have the availability to fit some nannying hours around my schedule!
Lots of experience with children aged between 1 and 10 years old.
Previous experience in teaching in bilingual preschools - the advantages of bilingual education fascinates me a lot. I fell in love with bilingualism, as soon as I found out all the positive aspects that children can benefit from, when learning more than one language at an early development stage.
My qualifications and extensive professional experience in schools, nurseries and in private family households are the core basis of my profile as a nanny.
I consider myself to be reliable, creative, dedicated, patient and quite flexible. I’m very committed to my role, constantly aiming to support children’s physical and emotional development - affectionate nanny, but still firm and setting boundaries, when necessary (always according to parents guidance).
