Shereen and the very capable Butterflynest team provided a welcoming and friendly environment our child to develop and thrive. Butterflynest daycare use their accredited knowledge of teaching to provide a service that synergises play and learning. My DD was always eager during the morning drop off to get through the door sometimes even forgetting to say goodbye to myself or her mum. She spoke fondly of all the activities, books and toys she engaged with, as well the treasured friends she bonded with.

Shereen is very proactive with her communication and corresponded often with daily updates in regards to our DD. She is receptive to feedback and actively facilitated conversations regarding our child's academic and general development concerns and achievements. This was via multiple channels such as in person conversations, messages and emails and also through a secure app/ platform that allowed for images/ videos to be shared in a way that provided mitigation of data security/ privacy concerns. On that note, the app user experience has improved since our initial introduction to it Via Butterflynest daycare. But whilst it does the job in terms of required functionality. Its user experience and interface would sometimes fall short of my expectations(mileage may vary).

ButterflyNest' pragmatic and considered layout and use of the settings space allows for diverse activities and opportunities explore and learn whilst in a safe environment. Our DD would often greet us during pick up, with various art pieces and or material evidence of the subject/ topic that had been the main theme of that day.

The quality of butterflyNest daycare is evident especially in comparison with some of the other settings we considered before engaging with them. Their key competitive asset is Shereen and her practical and passionate application of her skills and experience educating and nurturing children.

Even after moving out of our previous residence we continued to utilise their services despite the travel distance, as we saw value in completing our DD preschool stage within Butterflynest daycares capable hands.
