About Me
I am 34 years old and I have 2 daughters. Me and my husband have a lovely family home and it provides a safe, clean and stable environment for any child to come into.
We have no pets we do not smoke.
I work in partnership with my sister Ashley and we have been providing childcare from my home for the last 6 years. We love teaching children, playing games, reading, drawing and creative activities.
I think a childs development is so important as well as having fun while they learn. We provide daily updates on your child and a learning journey showing their development in all areas of learning.
We attend many local cubs and playgroups in the area as well as music classes, swimming and dancing.
Your child will be included in all activities and outings, we like to get out and about visiting parks, nature walks, museums, the beach, farms and lots more.
We develop weekly plans and the children will achieve a good routine. Children of all ages will be catered for around their abilities and interests.
I will provide healthy, nutritious snacks if required.
I live in Killingworth and will pick-up and drop-off at all the local nursery`s and schools. I have my own 8 seater car to do this.
My Experience
I have great experience of being a mum of two wonderful little girls.
I have been childiminding for approx 6 years and I have gained vital experiences in caring for other children. I have cared for children as young as 4 weeks old.
I have had 2 OFSTED inspections, both with glowing reports.
I currently have a number of children on my books but we do have vacancies on particular days, depending on ages of the children. As there are two of us we are very flexible.
My Qualifications
We are both CACHE qualified and have our Level 3 Diploma in childcare. I am currently returning to study for my Level 4 in Early Years.
