My Experience

As a young teenager, I had mean babysitting jobs and would volunteer in playgroups over my summer holidays. I knew quiet early in life that I wanted to work with children. I started back in 1996 training for my N.V.Q level 2 and 3 in child care. Over the last 26 plus years, I have worked in Playgroups, Crèches, Nursery School, Day Nursery, as a Nanny both in the UK and Spain. I'm currently an emergency/ backup Nannie with a Nanny agency working for many different families, with multiple, repeated, bookings.

My Qualifications

Completed my N V Q Level 2 in child care in September 1998
Completed my N V Q Level 3 Early years care and education in August 2002.

Completed my level 3 Autism Awareness course 3rd October 2016

Completed a child safeguarding course 2021 and atended another course March 2023.

First Aid Couse certificate completed June 2021 (renewed every 3 years)

I am on the Ofsted registration since 12/04/2011 as a home child provide/Nanny.
I have an ofsted EYF number and a disclosure number, that I will happily give too families at the interview stage, so you can do nessery checks.
I have DBS with them since this date that is updated all the time through ofsted.
(ever two -four weeks)
I pay a annual fee to be on this register and this will be updated again on or around 11th April 2024

I also have up-to-date Enhanced DBS from November 2020 caried out through a Nanny agency. This one is on the updated service, ( I pay yearly to be on this too) so you can do your cheeks with a simple number that I will happily provide at the interview stage.

I've had an ofsted inspection in April 2021

I carry my own Nanny Insurance that is renewed yearly, January 4th 2024 (12 previous forms patent can view)

I have all my childcare documents, references along with contact numbers of family's I work with, ready for a new family to view / call at the interview stage. (I don't upload them hear but I can assure you I have them all)

It is extremely important to me that any new permanent family I work for sets up a Nanny payroll, contract, wage slips etc etc, as soon as possible. I'm a very professional person and take my childcare care very seriously.
(Nannywage limited is good)

I'm currently not looking for an Nanny work at the moment but possible my schedule will change from September 2024 when I might consider a part time Nanny position that would work around my new requirements.


I was working as a professional back up/ emergency Nanny through a Nanning agency that provide several American companies with this service for there employees. I have working with many different families since November 2021 until around the end of November 2023.
Ive had many multiple, repeated bookings with the same family’s. I have really enjoyed the new everyday, exciting, challenging, exsperances this has involved, not really know what is expected/requied by each familie, until I attend the first booking)
(I'm currently not taken on an work at the moment though this Nanning agency either.)

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Nannying from £13.00 per hour (net)

My fees are £12.00ph for babysitting (This is temporary/ occasional work and doses need a contract and is generally in the evenings.
Payment into back account at the end of the night.

My fees are £13.00net ph for more permanent work like Nanning that happens during the day / every week. (This will need some kind of contract/ agreement, as it's a more permanent basis.)


Weekend, overnight care can be at a slightly discounted rate, so please kindly get intouch to talk about this more.
