About Me
I am a fun and bubbly Nanny with a warm and caring nature. I am well organised person who is able to follow instructions well, yet have the initiative and techniques to build upon and make my own decisions. I am also firm but far and believe in discipline delivered in an age appropriate manner. I work closely with parents as I a good team player. I am able to work effectively on my own. I am a creative person who enjoy making meal times and activities fun though explorative games and supporting children's ideas. I enjoy children's company and especially enjoys watching them grow and succeed while being there to support and lead them as and when needed and knowing when to let them go.
I have a passion and sheer determination to ensure each individual child achieves and succeeds in all that they face. I believe in supporting and teaching them how to be themselves in everyday situations.
My Experience
During my studies I worked as a teacher in Primary School (8 and 9 years old children) in Poland.
After that I spend two years in nurcery as a teacher and a therapist for children with special needs.
I come to UK in January 2014 and since then I am working as nanny. I worked with children and babies (6 mounths - 9 years old)
My Qualifications
From a young age I wanted to work with children. I took a variety of pathways to gain knowledge and experience to achieve this goal. During my studies (Masters degree in education- level 7) I gained necessary knowledge. After graduation I began working and found my passion for working with children. As a teacher and therapist and speech therapist I had to create a safe environment to provide a stimulating and accessible learning activities.

I can work 2 long days and 3 days till around 3/4ish. I am flexible about days

Ania has been working with us for about 17 months looking after my son who was about 1-2 years old with Cerebral Palsy.
Ania has a very easy going personality that she fits into our family really well. She is full of passion and always bring lots of love and laugh to the family and Lucas. Ania is very good at cooking too. My son really enjoys food she made and also we love her cooking too. Ania is very smart, she can always find the most efficient and effective way to teach Lucas. What I found most importantly is she really cares for Lucas so that I always feel safe and reliable to leave Lucas with her and we have built the trust over time.
Ania is super patient too. She is calm when facing different circumstances as my child has special needs so full of challenges in his life. She also has established good routine and helped Lucas to improved his behaviour as well.
Ania is always very clean and help to keep our home tidy and clean.
We are very pleased with Ania’s work. Hope she can find another good family to work with.

Anna worked for us as a nanny looking after our 1 and 3 year olds. She is fun, caring and formed a good relationship quickly with our children. She listened and took instructions well, but was also intuitive and came up with her own ideas. She was reliable, punctual and completely trustworthy.
Unfortunately we have had to let her go due to a change in our circumstances, but we would not hesitate to recommend her as a nanny.
