"I would give 10 stars if I could" - said my child

My two children have been with Victoria since September 2021, and I couldn't be happier with the care and support they receive. Victoria offers a warm and welcoming home environment that feels clean, safe, and secure. I've always had peace of mind knowing my kids are safe and happy in her care.

From the very start, Victoria has shown kindness, compassion, and genuine love towards the children. My daughter has had some confidence issues, and I’ve seen her flourish with Victoria's nurturing guidance. It's clear that Victoria has a special way with kids and a natural empathy that makes her stand out. She continually works on her professional development, taking various training courses, including a recent first aid and sign language course.

Communication with Victoria has been excellent; she keeps me informed about what my children have done each day, and any incidents that may happen, whether at her setting or school. She provides a wide range of activities and toys for the kids. My daughter especially enjoys the outdoor obstacle courses when the weather is nice. Victoria also takes the children on exciting outings, like trips to the seaside, visits to the cathedral, and fun days at the park.

Utterly amazing

My daughter is cared for by Vicky 5 x a week before and after school. Vicky is honestly the most caring compassionate and fun loving childminder. My daughter feels safe, secure and cared for and truly loves and looks forward to her time with Vicky. My daughter is flourishing and has become much more confident since joining Vicky, this is invaluable as a parent !

The best childminder

I would highly recommend Vicki to anyone looking for a profesaional, caring and fun childminder. She is the best childcare provider we have used. My children are with Vicki 5 days a week and they always come out with a smile on their faces excited to tell me about their time spent with her. The care and attention she gives each child is second to none. My son has medical issues and allergies which Vicki has always taken seriously and has made us feel at ease (which wasn't an easy task after experiences with other local settings). With Vicki we know our children are safe and their needs are being met. They have grown in confidence since being in Vicki's care and I hope they can remain with her for many years.
