About Me
We are a home educating family in Norbury; we have a 9yo girl and a 4yo boy. We are towards the 'unschooling' end of the home educating spectrum.
We're looking for somebody to hang out with and care for the kids for 3 hours on a Wednesday afternoon. You won't be required to do any formal teaching.
We are primarily looking for somebody to cultivate a genuine and affectionate relationship with the kids, and to create space for fun, joy, and curiosity. A gentle and respectful approach is really important to us, and a willingness to promote the kids' autonomy as much as possible. The right person will be comfortable operating in playful chaos / messiness at times.
