Our boy/girl twins have been with Nicky since they were 11 months old. Where have the last three years gone?!
We were so nervous leaving them in their first childcare setting, but from the start, both of them settled quickly in Nicky’s very homely, clean and nurturing environment, and have been thriving ever since. We literally struck gold with Nicky.

She has always prioritised routine, which in the early stages with twins is critical. She’s helped us navigate all the major milestones, from self-feeding, and potty training to dropping naps and nursery pickups. She’s been amazing too helping with their speech development, as both have had different issues.

The children adore Nicky, (as do we), her family, and the other children she looks after. She often does activities out, from airplane spotting, soft-play, toddler groups, and duck-feeding. She has a fantastic garden too in the summer with trikes and a Wendy house.
Her patience is incredible as both children miraculously sit and focus on the many craft activities, which they bring home. Their behaviour is impeccable with her too.
We receive a detailed daily written diary so we know exactly what’s been happening and fantastic photos and videos of both on a WhatsApp group.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found Nicky, and haven’t actually told the twins yet they’ll be leaving her for pre school, as she is honestly like family.
