My daughter attended Lorraine’s setting for 3 years. The only reason I had to take her out was because I am a teacher and knew it would be easier if I moved her to the school I teach at. My daughter was very happy in Lorraine’s care. Lorraine is a fantastic communicator and extremely trust worthy. I built a fantastic relationship with her and my daughter still request to visit her.
Her setting is child friendly and she makes every effort to create a creative space, where the children are consistently engaged and are able to freely express themselves.

We couldn’t be happier with the care our child receives. From the very beginning, our childminder has shown nothing but warmth, patience, and genuine love for what she does. She has created such a homely and nurturing environment that our child settled in quickly and always looks forward to going each day.
What really stands out is the thought and effort she puts into everything – from planning engaging daily activities to encouraging learning through play, creativity, and exploration. Whether it's messy play, outdoor adventures, crafts, or story time, there’s always something new and exciting for the children to enjoy. It's clear that she carefully tailors the activities to suit each child’s age, interests, and developmental needs.
The home-cooked meals are another huge bonus – healthy, varied, and always made with care. It’s comforting to know our child is eating nutritious food that feels like it’s made with the same love and attention they would get at home.
Since starting with her, we’ve seen real growth in our child’s confidence, independence, and social skills. She takes the time to understand each child as an individual and supports their development in such a thoughtful and consistent way.
She’s not only a fantastic childminder but also a truly lovely person. We trust her completely and feel incredibly lucky to have her as part of our child’s early years. We would recommend her wholeheartedly to any parent looking for high-quality, caring childcare.
