(Children aged 7, 10, 14 and 17)
Duties: on weekdays I get the children up ready for school, make breakfast, occasionally help with the school run, make meals when necessary (eg packed lunches, breakfast, lunch and dinner on the weekend), bathe the youngest, support with homework, bed time, doing laundry, cleaning up with/for the children. On weekends I also take the children on outings, support them with instruments they are learning, help with socialising the children. I have also taken the children on a long haul flight by myself and travel with them on various occasions.

Duties: Help with breakfast, get them dressed, personal care, taking them to and from nursery and school, putting the down for daytime naps, taking the children on outings, arts and crafts, placing with the children, making lunch, helping with dinner, doing the children’s laundry and walking the family dog.

Duties: Setting up and shutting down the preschool, creating activities based on each child’s age and stage of development, doing activities with large groups of children, building relationships with all children, building relationships with key children, providing healthy, suitable meals and snacks for children, communicating with parents and guardians, working in a team, assisting children with toileting and personal care when required.

Duties: Personal care, feeding residents, safety checks, hoisting residents, building relationships with residents, working as part of a team.

Part Time College Placement Hyde Park Infant School December 2019- February 2020
Duties: Placement in a foundation aged classroom (ages 4-5 years old) working alongside the teacher supporting children in their learning, creating activities for the children to support their development.

Duties: Placement in baby room (ages 0-2 years old) working with a team of nursery practitioners creating activities that support their development, helped with feeding and nap times.

Duties: Placement in a preschool setting (ages 2-4 years old) as part of a team of preschool teachers, having my own key group, creating activities that support the children’s development, help with preparing snacks for children, creating bonds with children.
