About Me
I am a 30 year old, single mother to my beautiful 7 months old daughter. I have recently left my job as a Support Worker, in a children’s care home after 2 years, to be a full time mummy!
I am available for childcare during days, and evenings- and can accommodate with some over night stays. I do light house work chores for additional costs, and also offer a warm welcome into our home as well. I have many certifications in food hygiene, administrating medication, first aid, child and baby first aid, and I am full DBS checked. I settle in well to many environments being a bubbly, chatty person and can handle challenging situations, as part of my previous job was to de-escalate heightened behavior with a calming approach.
My Experience
I recently left my previous job as a Support Worker in a children’s Care Home, of 2 years- which involved Personal Development, Full time care, Day / Night / Waking Nights. Prevention of heightened behaviors and de-escalating situations.
I have been a paid babysitter for 17 years now, and have cared for 21 families, including a family of 5 children, and also two families with children with disabilities. I currently care for 4 families on various days.
