I can't rate Bev highly enough, and I'm forever grateful to my friend who first put us in touch.

My son was cared for by Bev from 11 months to five years and he absolutely thrived under her watch. She encouraged him to be curious, to be caring, to be social, to be a good friend, how to regulate feelings and how to be happy... she essentially laid the foundations that means he's a person we're very proud of, who has been able to embrace every aspect of school. She taught him excellent hygiene and encouraged politeness and respect. Served him amazing food. Encouraged creativity and - most importantly - made sure he had fun every second of the day. And she brought a level of experience which really guided me as a parent. For example, she identified a 'tell' that helped us realise that he needed glasses.

Genuinely, if you get the chance to work with her, jump at it. Her skills and values bring an additional layer of care that is absolutely priceless.
