Im a reliable, punctual, committed and fun nanny, with 15 years experience, in both a nursery and home environment. I'm a very creative, pro active and sociable person who enjoys challenges and meeting new people.
Upon completing my level 3 qualification, I became a team leader of a 9 place baby unit and ran it for 2 years. I had my own staff within the room and also students working towards their childcare qualifications such as, NVQ, BTECH and DCE.
I was then offered a sole charge nannying position for two boys, 9months and 4. My duties were normal nanny responsibilities, school/activity runs, preparing meals, laundry etc. I had a two year contract with the family as they wanted the youngest child to attend nursery when he was 3. I thoroughly enjoyed looking after two energetic and bubbly boys!
I found nannying extremely fulfilling, so I started another position in Surbiton, near Kingston in London, which I commuted to everyday. The children were 6 months and 2 years when I started. I was at this position for just under a year. Unfortunately the traveling proved too much for me, so I relocated back to sussex.
I then went on to nanny on a Tuesday and Wednesday, for two little boys, 1 and 4 in Newick. On Thursday and Friday I worked in Brighton, looking after twin boys of 9 months. Both positions were temporary for 6 months, until I started my permanent position of three days a week (tue, wed, thur) for two little boys 6 months and 2, in Nutley. I stayed with this family for nearly four years, until the smallest went to school.
I then got the opportunity to nanny full time for a family with two little girls. Ages at the start of the position were 1 and 3.
I held this position for 4 years and then went on maternity to have my own little boy. Although I would have loved to go back I would prefer something part time now to fit in with my little boy.
I have also done voluntary work in an orphange in Cambodia, teaching 4-8 year olds. It was an amazing experience!

Charlotte cared for my son for 6 months when he was a year old, she is very creative and active. She is always on the go and has great gun being around children. My son adored Charlotte and we are still in contact now. She provided my son with nutricious meals and also helped to get him into a daytime routine as he was a bad sleeper. During the day she would meet up with other nannys and this really helped my sons development with being around other children. She would also make sure that developmental activities were part of his day.
I would highly recommend Charlotte and would not hesitate to use her in the future if I need childcare
