Highly recommended wonderful childminder

It’s difficult to put into words how lucky we feel to have Tracey take care of our 2.5 yrs old son this past year. She is just amazing with him and with us. We were so nervous at first after never leaving him with anyone before but we didn’t have to worry. She is so kind and caring and we all love her to bits and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. She’s very flexible and clear with her communication and importantly very experienced. We still use Tracey now and hope to for many years if she’ll have us!

Friendly and a Kind person that I highly recommend

Tracey looked after our first baby in the evenings at our house from around 5 months old until 1 year. She was the best person I have ever met.It was my first year living in the UK so trusting someone with my baby for the first time was not easy.But after meeting with Tracey on first day at my house I felt relieved and happy,what a kind and friendly person she is ,that my baby got used to her that very first day . She is honest and communicates with you in a polite way.My work schedule changes every time that I had to call her even a day before to cancel or reschedule her appointments but Tracey managed to keep up with all the changes.Sometimes waited for me if I run late from work without complaining or increasing the time from what we agreed on.If wasn’t for her during that period I don’t know if I was able to manage work and childcare.She helped beyond her professional skills ,thank you Tracey J.If not that now I’m working nights I would still have been trusting Tracey with my baby. I know Tracey will be there to help with the baby in the future,we never lost contact she’s like a family to me.

Our baby loves Tracey

Tracey was super helpful looking after our 11 month old for a few days of emergency cover. Tracey had a meeting with us and discussed the baby routine and our work routine ahead of first day. She was very punctual and thoughtful. Tracey is clearly very experienced with young children and how best to work with parents too. She's great at communicating, keeping us informed and kept a good record. We are surprised that our daughter had a perfectly smooth start with Tracey, no transition at all. Tracey genuinely likes our daughter too! We highly recommend Tracey!
