A very special childminder in every way

I cannot recommend Reka enough. Not only does she provide a warm and loving environment for the children she looks after, she also develops, inspires and teaches them along the way.
Reka is an outstanding care provider who is incredibly creative and inventive. While looking after my 3/4 year old son, she came up with so many games and activities which were tailored to his personal interests. Every week he would come home fizzing with excitement at the latest craft they made together whether it was a live volcano or a rocket. No week was the same and she came up with “upside down days” and themed days to make sure her kids had fun. She also took them into nature regularly and taught them piano.
Moreover, Reka was attuned to my son’s feelings and moods and adapted her support depending on his needs that week. For instance, when my son became a big brother and was unsettled at home she ensured he felt extra special and secure while under her care.

Creative & Caring with a Montessori Approach

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Reka to support our family and care for our one-year-old daughter, Robyn. I truly cannot recommend her enough! Reka brings so much joy, creativity, and calm to every visit. Robyn learns something new each time they’re together, and Reka always comes prepared with thoughtful, age-appropriate activities that encourage playful learning.

She is passionate about the Montessori approach and it really shows—not only through her gentle, respectful interactions, but also in the way she fosters independence and curiosity. Many of the beautiful and creative things Robyn has made with Reka now decorate our living room!

Reka is also a wonderful cook and prepares delicious meals that our little one absolutely loves. Beyond her care for Robyn, she has been incredibly supportive and flexible with us as parents—especially during the early months when Robyn’s nap schedule was unpredictable. Her understanding and adaptability have been a huge help.

Truly wonderful - look no further

We had the absolute pleasure of having Reka look after our child for over three years, and we couldn't be more grateful for the incredible care and dedication she provided to our family.

Brilliant Childhood Development Educator

Réka has been providing childcare services to our toddler for the past eight months. She is a brilliant Childhood Development Educator and I could not recommend her more highly. She provides an incredibly high quality program for our son, targeted to his specific needs. The program includes learning through play (indoor and outdoor), local outings, cooking, music, yoga and craft. She has a very calm and kind nature and her genuine passion for early childhood development is evident every day.
Our son has thrived during his time with Réka and we highly recommend her services.
