Hello :) My name is Sian and I am based in Grove Park. I am level 3 qualified and having worked in childcare for over 10 years in multiple roles, experience is something I have plenty of. I am a very positive enthusiastic person, who strives to put a smile on everyone's face to brighten their day. I love meeting new people and making new friends, especially little ones. Childcare has always been my most passionate interest. I am often praised for my organisation and cleanliness by guests who visit the setting, but please feel free to come and visit yourself, I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised.
As a registered childminder I am offering a home from home environment which has been thoughtfully put together with love & consideration for every child's need. Through play & adult led activities they will thrive to become confident independent individuals. I will be following the EYFS Framework to ensure all children meet their developmental milestones. I will be providing the children with snacks & fresh home cooked meals daily. The garden will also be set up daily giving the children plenty of space indoors and out to play and explore.
My Experience
Nanny for 7 years - looking after children of various ages ranging from 5months - 9yrs.
Teaching Assistant in a primary school working with nursery children (aged 3-4) & reception children (aged 4-5). I worked in the school for 5yrs.
Babysitting duties for friends & family, looking after children from a few months old to 13yrs old.

Sian has been looking after my children for over 5 years and is just outstanding, with all ages (my youngest started with her at 6 months). Sian is excellent at coming up with creative and engaging activities for kids, and is the perfect balance of kind, loving and gentle, whilst also setting and maintaining boundaries. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
