About Me
Hello, I'm a 22year old, currently working in the NHS at a psychiatric hospital as a clinical support worker, looking after vulnerable adults and individuals with mental health problems. I have a psychology degree, and I’m just about to begin a postgrad course to become a talking therapist. I work full time at the moment doing shift work (long days- 6:45am to 8pm) but due to my job not paying tonnes, I’m needing a little money on the side! I love kids and have worked with them in the past, so I look forward to meeting your little ones!
My Experience
When I was in sixth form and at uni, I often babysat for neighbours and parents who wanted to go out for the night, just for a little bit of cash to help fund my studies. I was also a diving coach as my first part time job, and I did for so for years, where I had to look after and keep kids safe whilst ensuring they were enjoying themselves and of course learning how to dive at the same time!
My Qualifications
I have 10 GCSE’s all of which at an A grade, and all 3 a-levels. I have completed my Psychology BSc (Hons), and am planning to study at postgrad level next year. I also have qualifications in child and adult safeguarding, and am first aid and ILS/BLS. I have also been fully DBS checked for my job, as I work with vulnerable adults.
My Availability
As I work shifts, my availability varies, and days change from week to week. On my off days, I can do from very early in the morning to very late at night, I also have the possibility to do sleep ins if needed. I get my rota’s a few months in advance so will be able to let you know my availability!
