About Me
Parent carer and advocate of twin daughters aged 20 and a son age 12 who was diagnosed Autistic at age 3, with sensory differences and communication difficulties. The twins have ASCs and need support in and outside the home.
My Requirements
Occasional respite on a weekend. Mostly for my son who is 12 diagnosed autistic, and my twin daughters age 20 who have learning difficulties along side a diagnosis of Autism, dyspraxia and dyslexia. They are not able to care for their brother alone. Pheonyx is a happy boy, and he loves the outdoors! Loves small pets and cats, but is not keen on dogs/puppies. I would be looking for occasional overnights (for weekends Friday-Sunday). The twins are happy to assist with Pheonyx. They just feel safer with an extra adult to support during nights. Pheonyx co sleeps and generally will be happy having one of his siblings with him. Like I say, an extra adult just in case is all that's really needed. We have 3 indoor (therapy) cats that the twins can look after independently.
