Dear Families,
My name is Sarafina and I am a french nanny with a passion of working with children, I adapt a Montessori approach to my style of nannying. My Previous employers have described me as reliable and a ‘natural’ with children. I have recently worked with a child who had additional needs ( angel man syndrome ) and it was a beautiful experience.
I pride myself on my own personal development and always keep up to date with courses and government guidelines, I feel with my knowledge and my experience I am well equipped to play an important role in your child’s life; whilst always having their best interests at heart. I am adaptable in my work surroundings and very confident having sole charge.
I am a person volunteer, cheerful, reliable and open-minded, I would like to join a family in order to help in the care of children.

I am a sister of five- the oldest one.I am a familial, open-minded, creative, and humorous person who loves to do sports (playing badminton, going running, swimming), paint and sketch (observation drawings, fashion sketches and abstract art), read (I love books by Hermann Hesse, Paolo Coehlo, Colson Whitehead).
Back in France, Toulouse, me and my family lived with two Labradoodles hence why I spent much time outdoors, which I still enjoy daily.
I am a realiable, correct and orgnaised, tidy and honest person. I enjoy meeting new people and can quickly adapt to new environments and requirements.
I am enthusiastic about working with children and supporting families in their everyday lives, as I enjoy seeing the children grow up, being around as a confidante, friend, and authority.
During my previous nanny positions, I assisted with running errands and helping with general housekeeping duties. I tutored (french, English,) the children and helped with homework, prepared meals and lunch boxes, arranged playdates and sportive activities, and overall was an ever-present contact the children could play with or come and talk to.
As a sister of five myself, it was lovely to establish and strengthen my relationship with the families and children.
I am still in frequent contact with the children and families I used to work for.

Full-Time Nanny - November 2018- August 2021
Responsible of looking after a 6-month-old baby boy. Being totally focused on the child’s development and wellbeing. Attending any medical appointments or social events with the child. Weaning, Cooking and introducing healthy meals and snacks for the baby with fresh organic ingredients. Providing supervision and constant care to the baby. Stimulating the child with fun activities and playgroups. All nursery duties including bottle sterilizing and cleaning, laundry and ironing and making sure to provide a good and secure environment to the child. Planning and organizing playdates and outdoor activities. Setting up a nap time routine
Live-in full time nanny- January 2017– September 2018
Responsible of looking after two children aged two and four years old on a full-time basis Monday to Friday.
Taking care of all nursery duty, cooking, light housekeeping, setting up routine for the children. School drop-off and pick-up, organizing play dates, attending playgroups and events. Organizing fun educational and creative activities.
After school Nanny – February 2016– December 2017
Responsible of looking after a 6-year-old little girl. Being organized to help her in her personal development and organizing her after school routine. Stimulating her to read. Supervising homework. Organizing age related after school activities and doing the drop off and pick up relative to those activities. Being disciplined with the child when required. Supervising bath time. Providing healthy meals and snacks. Providing supervision and constant care to child. Playing with the child and stimulating her with creative and outdoors activities. Keeping the child’s bedroom and bathroom tidy and clean.
My Qualifications
I graduated in France from a health and social baccalaureate (level A) and I also did many internships in nursery schools in France.
