Thanks so much, I am glad that I was able to cater for your childcare needs. It was nice working with your family.
One of the most concerning aspects was the cleanliness and safety standards of the environment in which my child was supposed to spend their time.
She refused to give me invoice for my payment on 2 occasions.
She came me benefit earner that she only takes children of professionals workers even she known I am a registered nurse.
I would not recommend their services to other parents seeking reliable childcare options.

Regarding the invoice, I want to clarify that I tried to address this matter by contacting the childcare team and following the advice given to me to contact my insurance. Unfortunately, I was unable to secure payment from the insurance, which is why the invoice was not provided. We are unable to issue invoices for payments that have not been made.
