I am a very loving and sensible individual who has a bubbly personality and a passion for nurturing and teaching children!
I am interested in reading, arts and crafts, music, astrology and baking.
Currently in my 2nd year studying, BA Early Years and Primary Education course at Sheffield Hallam University!
I have gained a lot of confidence around children of all ages as I have had placements in several primary schools with varying children with different needs, disabilities and educational levels. Since growing up with 2 sisters (one older and one younger) as well as all younger cousins varying in age this, has helped me explore different age groups!
I am very professional and hard working when it comes to my job and passions but I also like to create fun wherever I can! I do not currently have my drivers license but I’m working towards it!
My Experience
My experiences are amazing as I have worked in a variety of primary schools over the past few years teaching a range of children from ages 3-7.
This has helped me gain more experience in the understanding of children. I also worked at a Nursery full time for just less than a year, through this I gained a lot of skills. I looked after children from the ages of 1 year to 5 where I would prepare food for them, create educational activities to help their development, keep things clean, tidy, child friendly and organised. I also supervised activities such as messy play, crafts, cooking and outdoor activities.
I have excellent knowledge of health and safety, good communication skills with children and parents. I have also gained a full, valid DBS.
